Can't play Need for speed

I have this game on CD and it played great until the other day when I click to play the game it ask if I own the game, if so insert discuss now. Or go to store. I will put the discussion in and nothing happens. I've turn the unit off and inserted the discussion
then turned it on, it's as if it's not reading the game discuss. I've cleaned the discussion. XBOX one is the console I have.

Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012 Origin problem

Well since you can't get rid of the speed points from need for speed most wanted since their in your account i would suggest try deleting the NFS data from your origin account so that you may start from scratch or have an alt origin account for when you
decide to play Need for speed most wanted.

The reason I don't play any of those ones is that they're far too... easy. It is possible that I could achieve the top speed run record for heat with how easy it is even on the hardest difficulty. Nfs mw '05 was an actual challenge that took me months to beat.

Need for speed 2015? One week.

Need for speed payback? Half a week.

Need for speed heat 1? 1 play session.

Rivals actually took some time tho.

(I'm on Xbox 1 so I can't play unbound.)

I was playing Need for Speed Most Wanted last night.... while I will definitely try force myself through it, since there are only 13 Career-based Achievements for the full 1000, it is a truly appalling game.

Particularly after spending a long time playing Forza... that just makes Need for Speed look even worse. I literally can't drive anything in Most Wanted anymore....
