    My 12 year old son cant play nba carer mode due to age restrictions on a game rated as 3+

    How is this solved?

    I have no issue with him playing a game marked as suitable for all since there is no lower setting than 3+ in the UK

    Can not play BF3 online

    This is due to a age restriction on the profile called 'Family Settings'. You have been restricted to play games of a certain age category, therefore you are unable to play online.

    what is you age on your profile, some of my kids cannot play certain ea games due to age restrictions for online.

    That could be due to his age. EA has age restrictions for their games, so you have to be 13 or older to play Battlefront. If he's younger, then that would be the issue.

    Seems that the age restrictions on some games might not allow them to play due to age.



    The xbox that they are using should be the one that is set as home xbox. With your account on it as well.

    NBA 2K20 - RESTRICTED ACCESS TO MYPLAYER

    I agree with this, NBA 2K20 is rated PEGI 3 and yet my 11 year old son cannot create an account for it because his xbox account isn't eligible for linking. Presumably this is due to his age because mine will link. He really wanted this game for Christmas
    but now is saying he'll hardly play it if he can't access the career mode.
