Can't play my games

Hey

Well around 14 days ago, my digital fifa 18 for Xbox one, bought with Xbox live gold crashed, and made all Xbox one games unplayable and now 2 days ago the same happened and again my digital downloaded fifa 18. I still can't get any Xbox one games to load,
tho had little succes with 360 backward compatible games as fable anniversary addition.

All my memberships are active and payed. As my ea, Xbox live gold and access account.

What the hell is wrong, it's a lot of money spent for nothing.

Can't play my games

I can't play my games for some reason. It says to use error code 0x87e107f9 but when I type the code in it says that it is the wrong code.

Can't Play My Games

You can change your home console 3 times every 12 months.

The home console feature is meant to be used if you have more than one console in the same household,not for sharing with your friends.

So we can make sure to get you the right info, can you reply in this thread with some additional details?

1. When you say that it made your other games "unplayable", what are you seeing specifically when you try to play them that's preventing you from playing?

2. If you're seeing any specific error messages on the console, please include a picture of those in your reply, if possible.

3. How is your console connected to your network? Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

4. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? If so, let us know what specific steps you've already tried, so we don't retrace anything.

to play digital versions of games offline the Xbox has to be set as the Home Xbox for the account that owns the game.

to play on an Xbox that isn't the Home Xbox you will need to be Online to verify the game license

sorry there isn't another solution

That game was free to play this weekend so maybe that's whats throwing you off. Cause it was never on games with gold or gamepass

Yeah I used to verify the game by going online, after launching it I unplug the internet and everything goes just fine but I couldnt do it anymore after the update as I get a message saying you need to be online for this game after 4mins of playing. In addition
nothing says that they have changed the way it works in the update changes site that's why I'm wondering if its a mistake or anything like it
