cant play my games just black screen with no error code (xbox 360 E)

Hi i bought in sales three games 1. red dead redemption 2. dead island riptide 3. metro last light.

When i downloaded them and tried to play screen got black for 5minutes and then opened up window saying "This game cant be played try to reinstall this game or go to www.microsoft.support.com" this issue was in all three games and even reinstalling each
of them 3 times didnt help me. So i looked at support but could not find anything tha could help me. Now these games cant be downloaded when i try to download it gets to pending then active and suddnely "game cant be downloaded" i am connected to internet
(i am nor gold member but i think its absurd that i cant play singleplayer because i dont pay gold) so please help

URGENT! Console turns on to black screen

The xbox turns on to a black screen were it gives me an error code that leads to the 360 (when im on xbox one) and wont allow me to close the error code so i cant use my xbox

Console problem maybe?

So today some problem with my 360 occured, first time happened when i was browsing Halo Waypoint. The image just died and i get a black screen. I restart my Xbox 360 and it takes a few seconds before it shuts down. Now i try and play Happy Wars Beta and
same thing happened when i press start at the menu. Back on the dashboard i start up Youtube and watch one video and when the video is over the same thing happen, a black screen.

No error code and no flashing red lights. so i'm just wondering is my Xbox 360 broken or what?

I'm sorry to hear about the game issues. While reading your post, the first thing that came to my mind is that your issues sound like a possible hard drive issue. What kind of hard drive are you using with your Xbox 360 E? If it's a larger hard drive, could
you provide us images of the top and bottom of your hard drive?

it's not my console the problem is my hard drive. When I turn on my console with my hard drive inside the center point of the power button on the console turns red and the screen turns black with this: system error. contact xbox customer support. Written
in 11 different languages and error code: E 69

i have just had this happen to me last night, my profile still auto logs me in on my main xbox but i cant play disc games because it black screens or just loads for ages and if a disc game does play it just lags and evey game i have downloaded does not work.
so i tried downloading my profile onto another xbox it never ever finishes the download it ends up just giving me the error code and telling me to try later, i know if i delete my profile that there is a big chance of not getting it back... if i cant download
my profile onto a new xbox and with a new hard drive... then wtf.. i cant risk losing all that progress. ps4 looking good atm. help please ;(
