    I have a problem with MW 2019 I can't play it I reinstalled the game 3 times already and it doesn't work. It only shows MWII and warzone.

    When I try to download different packs in MW it says: the purchase failed try again. It keeps happening to me over and over again.

    You would first need to ensure that you've bought the game by signing in to your order history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ click "All available" to see the full list.

    If it's there, launch Warzone (don't start the game yet) > Press the Menu button on your controller > Hover to the Accounts tab > Select Game Installs

    See if you missed some packs that you needed to install. If you have, exit the game > then highlight the game > Press the menu button on your controller > Manage game and add-ons > Download all the packs.

    Could it be possible that it doesn't support the disc version. I heard people have the same problem.
