Can't play multiplayer when I have redeemed free 14-day trial Xbox live code with my new Xbox ...

Hello, about 3 days ago I purchased a brand new Xbox One S and with it came a free 14-day Xbox live gold trial, which I had entered successfully after a few tries which it did not work. I went to play forza horizon 3 online and found out I could Not, same
with Black Ops 2. I did research and found out about NAT problems and have tried multiple times to fix this with the solutions I had found online for it, only to no success. I've tried hard restarting multiple times and deleted and reinstalled my account once
still to find no luck in getting to play online. I also have my Xbox connected by Ethernet cable so I'm not sure what the problem is. If anyone could help it would be very appreciated because I would love to actually play online with the brand new Xbox I spent
a good amount of money on, and I don't want to resort to returning it. Again any help is appreciated in advance.

Xbox Live Gold problems

On the 4th of November I bought a new Xbox one s, that came with a 14 day free Xbox Live gold trial. I redeemed the code when I set-up my account. When I go to the “subscriptions” tab in my Xbox, Xbox Live gold is shown under “subscriptions”. However, when
I start up call off duty multiplayer, it shows me a screen with “It’s more fun Xbox Live Gold” and then offers me deals on Xbox Live. I’m really confused as to why it shows me that screens.

Because of this, I can’t play online.

I only have 1 game that is multiplayer related, so I can’t test it with other games.

 

Can't access mulitiplayer

I bought my xbox one x today, and i can't play any multiplayer games online. It says my account doesn't have multiplayer priviliges. I redeemed the 14 day trial for xbox live gold and bought a month. But i still can't play online? what can i do? my settings
are set to allow multiplayer, and i'm using an adult account.

 

also just to clarify my UpnP settings on my router are turned on, and I had adjusted it so the Xbox one s was saying my NAT type was open and that there was no problems with the UpnP but now it shows NAT as moderate and UpnP as unsuccessful. It tends to
switch between those two ways.
