Cant play multiplayer tried everything

the main way is to contact xbox support and tell them your issue because only xbox support directly can fix your issue, if you have tried deleting and downloading the game there is a major issue, the issue might even be with your xbox, hope that helps

I know you've downloaded it a bunch of times but try the following:

See if the game is corrupted:

From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select your hard drive or other memory device.

Select Games & Apps.

Select the game that has the problem.

Look for a yellow warning symbol. This icon indicates that the game content is corrupted or incomplete.

Delete and then reinstall the game.

I'm on the same page here, tried downloading, usb stick, but either way, after updating, it can't log in, with the 'update unavailable' message.

On settings I can see smartglass option now, so I guess it did update, but there's something wrong.

Is there any way for you to just connect your console to Xbox Live through wireless connection or ethernet?
