As you’ve managed to adjust your privacy settings, are you able to connect online in games now? Do all online features work as expected?

If you still encounter errors with this, confirm that all the required privacy settings are allowed. Make sure there’s no errors or restrictions on your network that would affect or prevent online play - sometimes there’s security/safety settings enabled. Ideally, you’d also want an Open NAT type.

If your network and privacy settings are all okay, theoretically, you shouldn't experience any difficulties or complications connecting online. Hardware and software, especially antivirus software, are also possible factors to this, usually unlikely though. Contact your ISP and/or router manufacturer for further network troubleshooting and advice.

My answer in this thread with the same question may help. I’ve gone through all the steps in detail to adjust privacy settings for both adult and child accounts, and have explained the redirect loop between the privacy settings and support page, as well as how to resolve the error.

Simply put, if you’re on a child account (under 18 in most countries) or in a family as a child, then you won’t be able to access the privacy settings page. An adult from the same family would need to adjust your privacy settings in family settings for you. If you’re on a child account but not in a family, then you’ll need to join one to be able to do this.
