Cant play multiplayer minecraft after migrating account (repost)

I am reposting this because the first thread went unanswered after I replied to the first comment. I recently migrated my account from Mojang to Microsoft, and now it has disabled multiplayer. My family organizer has already given me all my permissions, and I have combed through multiple Microsoft Community threads and still don't know how to fix it. I have tried going to "Manage app privacy settings on Xbox | Xbox Support" and changing the settings, but when I click the circled button as shown, it simply duplicates the page in a different tab.

I realized what counts as a "child account", and its anything under 13. For some reason, if you are above 13 and are in a family, it makes things a lot more complicated. So I left my family group, then when to settings and was able to change it.

After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here

You have to click on the privacy & online safety button twice. Once it redirects you the first time, click on it again. It should, in theory, redirect you to a page showing settings you can change. If it does, click on the one that says Windows 10 in it. If it doesn't I'm not sure what to do then. I'm only telling you what worked for me, so maybe it will be different for you.

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.
