Cant play monsterhunter sunbreak on PC

Hi, i purchased the sunbreak DLC since the first day launched. The game work fine on XSX, i been play over 300hrs. but when i switched to PC through xbox app. It always pop up said you are not authorized to play monster hunter Rise sunbreak.

I uninstall and install back more than 3 times. Every time i make sure i installed not only the base game also the DLC from the XBOX app which around 10MB all three times.

But all of them failed.

Also upgraded my system to the lasted. Not working.

Try restart my computer, the game app nothing is working.

The cloud works just fine but the input lag is too much for this game.

I saw under the store comments many people suffer the same issue, and no one offered solution.

System is Win11 btw.

Would you help me solve this bug？

I have already gone through a similar problem, in my experience there may be a problem with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription or with your Xbox account.

Here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:

-Restart your Xbox console. Sometimes connection problems can be caused by temporary problems with the console.

-Try playing Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak from a different account. If you can play Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak from another account, there may be an issue with your Xbox account.

Hi Jhon:

You mean on XBOX console? On console everything works fine. Here is my xgpu, this issue happend with XBOX apps on PC. I am having troule with differnt account, since i dont have anyone i know have MHRS on XBOX, they pretty much all played on steam or NS. Is there ohter way to test it?

although its differnt issue, but i gave a shot. Nothing change, still having the same error. And just to clearify, the dlc is purchased.

Lately there have been problems with some of the Xbox services, you can check them through the following link:

There is a possibility that your problem is affected by these services as one of them says that you may experience problems launching applications and games, support is working on it, it would be better to wait for the problem to be resolved as soon as possible.
