Can't play Minecraft, says I need to buy again

To set your expectations properly, all the successful purchases on the account is saved to your Order history: https://account.microsoft.com>; Order history real time. The game transaction should show up as " Completed "

When checking the game and the license make sure you’re that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase Minecraft.

Once see you the transaction as completed, then you should be able to play the game on that account.

Try rebooting the game, and then the console. Could be a temporary glitch if you're using the same account.

Go into Games and Apps. - Select Minecraft - Manage Game - In "Ready to Install" check to see if your packs are located there. You could have uninstalled the packs by accident.
