Cant play minecraft on pc because of microsoft account settings?

Please keep in mind that in order to play Minecraft online, it's not enough to just enable the multiplayer option in your account's privacy settings. You also need to adjust some additional settings.

Make sure to set the following options to "Allow":

- You can play with people outside of Xbox Live.
- You can create and join clubs.
- You can join multiplayer games.
- You can add friends.

If you already had these options enabled, or if you recently activated them and still can't play online in Minecraft, please follow the procedure below and wait at least 48 hours after doing it to allow the modified settings to sync correctly with your device and profile in all games:

1. Sign out of Microsoft Store, the Xbox app, and Minecraft Launcher.

2. Reset the Xbox app, Microsoft Store, and Minecraft Launcher as follows:

- Press the Windows key + I on your keyboard to open Windows settings and click on "Apps."

- Look for the app called "Xbox" and select it, then click on "Advanced options" and then "Reset," confirming the process. Do the same for the apps called "Microsoft Store" and "Minecraft Launcher."

3. Restart your PC.

4. Log back into the Xbox app, Microsoft Store, and Minecraft Launcher. Make sure to use the same account, not different ones.

5. Check if you can now play multiplayer in Minecraft. If not, please wait for the period of time I mentioned earlier to allow everything to sync completely.

Are you receiving this error while attempting to create a Realm? It looks like you are, but just want to confirm.

Hi, yes I am trying to create a realm when this happens, as nobody I know has a realm to join. Ive tried to buy realms plus, and tried to start a trial. The error is the same.

Its quite a tricky situation, because i lost my microsoft account access because of it, but also i cannot play Minecraft since i cant log in, its a situation both involving Microsoft and Xbox.

Hello I am experiencing this problem with Minecraft im trying to join my friends realms but it said you cannot play minecraft realms because of how your account is set up. You can change your privacy and online settings in aka.ms/account settings
but it never works i cant find privacy settings anywhere it sends me to xbox support everytime. Please help
