Can't play minecraft on multiplayer on some launchers and can't access account on other...

That being said, I take this opportunity to let you know that this “MultiMC” and “Lunar” launchers you're mentioning are not an official Minecraft launcher.
Please be aware that we're not able to assist with issues occurring with any unofficial third party launcher.

So, if you allow me, what I can recommend you is downloading the official Minecraft launcher from the Microsoft Store or Minecraft.net. Then, test if you're able to access to your Microsoft account and use multiplayer features on the official launcher.

In case everything works on the official launcher, this means it's an issue with the unofficial launchers you're trying to use, and not your account.

I can't even go on minecraft launcher for it to access the Windows 10 Minecraft Directory because it also says buy now. Its in the same account.

How do minecraft.net and launcher have anything similar? What I said is, I can't get access to the minecraft.net page as it says I haven't bought Minecraft even though I have and my Minecraft launcher has everything ok, except for the part that I can't login into my Mojang account because I think it was deleted

It one more time didn't work but i just realized one thing Minecraft Launcher couldn't play multiplayer, but Lunar Client can play multiplayer. Are the two launchers related to each other?

Ok, so as it turns out, Minecraft for Windows was bought on a different Microsoft account but everything on Minecraft is linked to the account that can't buy it. Is there a way to link the purchases between the two? Because when opening it with the launcher it will not allow access because I have a different account logged in on the Microsoft store.
