    Can't Play Minecraft Multiplayer how my account is set up


    I have been trying for days to fix this, everything on my privacy settings is set to allow, and I have no network issues as everything else works fine. I even played multiplayer on Minecraft but a week after it showed the message, can someone please help

    Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? If none, you will be needing an active Xbox Live Gold to play the game on Xbox console.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

    If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

    If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

    As I have said before, everything on privacy and online safety is on allowed, so I am not sure what the problem is, and my account is not a child account, so if there is any other solution, it would be greatly appreciated

    Kindly ask the account owner to check their Xbox Live Gold subscription if it’s still active. Or ask the account owner to ensure that his/her account is still set as Home Xbox on your console.
