    can't play minecraft multiplayer even though the setting is allowed


    The option to play multiplayer on minecraft isn't allowed for me on the actual app, and when i hover over it, it says that I have to check my microsoft account settings, but when I go on there it says all my Online safety settings are allowed, including the multiplayer ones. I can't change the settings myself, but is there anyway I can fix this, or find out why i still can't play multiplayer?

    That is outrageous! I just bought Minecraft for 30 dollars for my Xbox and I can't even access the full game even though the card says full game?! I should be allowed to play multiplayer after buying the full game. This is horrid

    Has your son signed out and then back in again? This is a requirement for any updated settings to properly take effect on a child account. Also be sure to select submit at the end of the page to confirm and save the changes.

    If the issue persists, is Minecraft the only game affected? Can your son access online multiplayer/matchmaking in other games from the same account/profile? Please share a photo of the specific error message that appears.
