cant play mincraft becouse of my micorsoft settings?

hi i brought over my mincraft from a mijang account to a micorsoft account and when i try to play realms it says i have to change micorsoft settings to play i have changed the settings the right way but it dosent work. anybody know what my problem is

Can you please sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

Also, once done, restart your device before trying again.

i cant play the game becouse of the maps. if this game had even decent maps it would be a good game. you cant have a good game with crap maps.(just my opinion)
