Can't play live on xbox360.

Hello!? I moved to a different region, I was playing live all the time on BF3 before the move, now when the game boots up it gives me this message: "can't connect to server". I've gone into my system settings and changed the region, but still not able to log on.

If anyone knows of a solution, I would sure like to get back to playing again. To all... have a great day.

Clear the console's network settings and cache, restart the console and your internet devices for a few minutes and try again.

Press the Guide button  on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

Select Configure Network.

On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults. This resets the console's network settings only.

To clear the cache>

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage.

Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press the Y button  on your controller for Device Options.

Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.

On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

When you’ve successfully cleared the system cache, you’ll return to the Storage Devices screen. You can then press the Guide button  on the controller and return to Xbox Home.

It's been down for a week. Second time in a month or has been offline for over a week. They said they would allow people to play until Jan 13 2022, before they shut servers down for good. I wrote them about it and they don't care. Halo on 360 is probably offline indefinitely.
