Can’t play Hogwarts legacy on wife’s Xbox one even though I bought the upgraded edition....

Which edition did you buy

There is two

Legacy and legacy gold

Legacy had both

You just need to find the xbox one copy in yoir ready to install library

Have you checked if by acident the home xbox was changed?

With your account on her Xbox:

Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

Check if the console is indeed set as home.

If it is try a full power cycle

Full Power Cycle

Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

This is an MS server side issue. It cannot be fixed by any user actions. Everyone who bought the deluxe edition and is trying to play on Xbox one is affected.

I'm having the same issue, have been for nearly 24 hours now. I spoke with an xbox gamer last night, who said they were aware of the issue, and to report it but we tried absolutely everything and all he could tell me was that there was nothing wrong on my end, and they have no fix time on their end.

I think this is wide issue.
