    Can't play half of my games


    So I just changed my gamertag a few days ago and I haven't been able to play a majority of my games since. Examples Rainbow Six Siege, Splitgate, Warframe, and Valhalla. I don't what the problem is except that maybe it can't verify that I own the game or something.

    Can't play half of my games

    Sorry to hear it. That's an odd issue after changing your tag. Please try deleting the tag from your console (make sure you remember your correct email/password) and then powercycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Then unplug the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there. Once the internet is back up and running restart the console and add your gamertag. Your games will need a brief moment to resync to your account and you should be good to go.

    I feel your pain. Spent an hour or more on chat with support, doing everything you described. This forum must be for us to complain, with no real solutions to come from it. Seems to be some glitch between EA and Xbox LIVE.

    This is pretty terrible that I can't even play the MyPlayer mode on the game. Incredible. Because their servers are down I can't play a single player mode. I paid full price for half a game.
