cant play ghosts or battlefield4 on my xbox one

Every time i try to play cod ghosts online it says cant connect to the servers and on battlefield 4 it says cant connect to EA online features unavailable HELP i need somebody HELP

Maybe its your internet connections? Do other games work online?

Do you have public ip? Did you try port forwarding, and what ports? Do you try dmz? Have you set to static ip your xbox? Do you have upnp enabled??? Did you disable the extended security feature? Did you set your game options in upnp as server? Do you have
disabled parental control and content filtering? Did you set you firewall to disable ????

its very important that you dont have dmz and upnp or port forwarding active at the same time, just try one at a time.

once al set, restart you router and your x1 ( full shutdown) if posible disconect from power source.

Xbox Live requires the following ports to be open:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

UDP Port 3544 (UDP)

UDP Port 4500 (UDP)

also add for COD UDP port 3075
