    I recently bought a 12 month gold membership so I could play my online games but whenever I try and play it brings me to the "buy xbox gold page" and makes me unable to play. my console says I have gold and I can do everything else that gold provides, the
    only thing I can't do is play games online. I try'd restarted a few times , even unplugged it to make sure it was 100% off before i turned it on again but it still doesn't work. tryd contacting support but they are not answering so can anyone help out with
    this one?

    Hi The rel adib,

    I'm sorry to hear that there hasn't been full resolution for this.

    This is something that does happen occasionally when just recently renewing your subscription, now it is fixable.

    The main way to actually get this resolved is by contacting Live Support as mentioned above they need to refresh your Gold subscription.

    You will need to contact xbox support as they need to refresh your gold membership. Please get into a live chat with them.

    If you can't connect to xbox live then how would you play it?

    You can't get banned for having fun,i have been having fun on xbox live for over 12 years.

    Modders ruin xbox live for everyone & will not be tolerated on xbox live.

    If you want to mod or play modded games then I suggest you switch to P.C. gaming where a lot of games allow this.
