Can't play games on my "banned" xbox account

Couple months ago I bought Minecraft and paid for the xbox live subscription, which I still pay for.(Not on this Account).
I could play these games and had no problems for a long time.
Suddenly I've discovered my XBOX live account has been banned since 2016 for account phishing. I don't know how this is possible, I didn't have an xbox at that time, because I had a Playstation since 2014.
I can't even ask for help because everytime I log in with my account on the XBOX support said the option isn't available.
If I knew the account was banned I would've never bought Minecraft and paid for the XBOX live subscription.
I don't know that my options are. I don't think it's reasonable for Microsoft to let me but a game which is not available to me.
I also can't ask for a ban review or anything because this happened in 2016 and I was unaware of this. In this time period my email account was compromised so I don't know what happened in this situation.
What should I do?

I literally have proof that I purchased minecraft at a later date and I can still play some Xbox live games while I can't play others. I am still able to buy games which im not allowed to play. Like I said I didn't have a xbox at the time the supposed account phishing from me happened.
Why would I lie about this when I literally have proof and is something that Xbox support itself could check...
I was allowed to play minecraft a couple months ago, with my microsoft account which is banned on xbox, now I can't.

The purchase was a long time ago, is this option still available? And I wouldn't know how to do this. Because my account is banned, as soon as I log in I don't have any options besides topics around Banned accounts and stuff.

No you wouldn't be able to have played if you had been banned since 2016

Wait a second are you sure it's not a RECENT suspension within the last month ? If so then don't worry about it

Wait out your suspensions

It's mostly likely shorter then what is posted due to the recent bug affecting recent suspensions

Although phishing is a permanent suspensionable offence

When your Xbox Live Account is banned, your account may be suspended and there will be limitations on downloading or playing games. You might have violated the Microsoft Services Agreement or the Community Standards for Xbox.
