Can't play games I bought online!!!!

The games you are unable to play, are they the Xbox One Games with Gold Games?

Those games require a gold membership to continue to play them as noted
here (bottom of the page).

Hello, thanks for your question. Checking your problem here I believe you have to contact support. I saw that you are playing by PC, try restarting your computer log out of account and log in again.

Is the account you trying to use a child account or an adult account?

As child accounts will not be able to play certain games online unless the parent account has given the required permissions.

Sea of Thieves has a age rating of 13 years and up.

Adult account but it will not let me sign in to go online .

Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies concerning this issue. As you've already attempted some great troubleshooting solutions provided by our Ambassadors, but are still unable to access Game Pass games even though you're subscribed to Xbox Game
Pass Ultimate, I recommend that you
request a call back or chat from Xbox Support to have them investigate what may have happened with your subscription. If they find something amiss, they'll be sure to get you going back in the right direction as soon as possible.

• Log into Support.Xbox.com
  
• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
  
• Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
  
• Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
  
  • Select - Show contact options
    
  • Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support
    

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as the selections may change from time to time.
