    Can't play games from xbox app on pc with friends on xbox


    So I downloaded golf with your friends so me and my friends could play it. Well we go to set up a game and they invite me because it does not let me join them. I accept their invite from xbox app and it takes me to the Microsoft store to buy it when i already own it. I try to send them an invite and they don't even get it. I dont understand why it is preventing me from playing with them but I have had enough.

    You can download Destiny 2, and it's DLC from the Xbox app on PC. So your friend who plays on Xbox and PC can play Destiny 2 and the DLC you gifted him on the PC, as long as the PC he has is powerful enough for the game.

    Well, not with the Xbox App on your PC. However, if the game (and the speed of your and your friend's internet connection) supports it, you can stream your gameplay to
    Mixer.

    Mixer has interactive features, where you can share a controller to the Mixer streaming website, and the viewers (including your friend) can then "grab" the shared controller and play the game with you.

    Be aware however, that if you stream the game to the PC via the Xbox App, you can't stream to Mixer.

    You will have to locally play on your Xbox console, and stream to Mixer for your friend to be able to play with you.

    Also be aware, that while Mixer provides low latency streaming, there is still some lag happening, so your friend would be at a disadvantage, playing through the stream. So don't try to play timing sensitive games.

    Both Xbox and PC games will show up for your friends if they are using Windows 10 and and are logged into the Windows 10 Xbox App. Your friends are playing Arma3 on a PC, not on a console.

    This is not correct. The game is not out for game preview right now. There is no EAT for when it will come to Game preview either.

    They are playing it on their PC with the Xbox app installed. It will show you what games your friend is playing if they have the app. It WONT state what system they are playing however.

    There is even a option to STOP Showing your friends what PC games you are playing
