Can't play games from game pass at all.

Hi, I've been having this issue for 2 weeks or so and nobody has been able to help me. The thing here is I can download any game I want from the Xbox beta app without any problem; but when I try to launch ANY game, it tells me that I need internet connection.
(Of course I have internet connection)

In the case, for example, Halo Wars, it tells me this: ''Debes estar conectado a Internet para abrir esto en este dispositivo. Para hacerlo cuando estés sin conexión, ve a la opción "Permisos sin conexión" en la página Configuración de Store. Puedes cambiar
esta configuración la próxima vez que te conectes.'' Basically telling me that I need to be connected to internet to open the app.

And in the case of Metro Exodus, it shows an error, to be more specific the 88500000, which is an online verification, meaning that you have to be online to open the game.

Again, I don't know why it is not detecting my connection and I find it kind of awful that I'm paying for a service that I can't use. I haven't canceled it because I really enjoy playing games, but right now there is nothing I can do,

I have, but again, it's not a connection problem, I can do everything normally but to launch games

Hi,

have you tried factory resetting the router/modem to see if that fixes the connection problem

I can normaly play EA games from game pass for example "Unravel Two" but I can't play games from game pass via xbox app. When i try to play game from game pass via only xbox app. I can't synchronize data and i have to log in, and then the xbox app shows me a code 0x89235107.

The game has been removed from the game pass and can't be played anymore through the game pass.

I'm having the same issue and bit to late to finish it now.

I paid for the Xbox Game Pass and i can't play any game at all, it's quite frustrating...
