    Can't play games error code 0x80190001


    Hi.

    I started using gamepass for windows a few weeks ago and seem to be getting a huge amount of issues, firstly Forza Horizon doesnt download or work. but most recently with Greedfall im getting this annoying issue;

    Im signed in to the Xbox app on PC but when opening the game it stops and asks me to sign into my profile but as soon as i click 'let's go' im presented with the error code '0x80190001' and then it just doesnt work. I have tried desiabling Mcafee firewall
    but still no joy.

    Has anyone else been experiance this - im beginning to find it frustrating and unstable

    any advice would be much appreciated.

    None of the steps you have posted or in the link at the end did not have a resolution to my problem. It does not do this to every game. Only select ones it fails to log into my microsoft account as it shows in the photo I provided of it doing it for Texas Chainsaw Massacare. It's always done this for some games, just never happened to a game I cared enough to get it fixed until now. I really wanna play Texas massacare. This is extremely aggerating.
