    Can't play Game Pass PC games


    I have Xbox game pass ultimate and I play games on PC and have never had a problem but now when I try to play a game I get a message saying that when I got a refund for my game it was removed from my device and that I have to look it up in the store. I
    look it up and it says that I have it installed and when I click play I get the same message. I know I still have a subscription and now none of the games I used to play work.

    Why would they list it on Xbox game pass for PC, if you can't play it on a PC?

    I don't get it

    I did this too and talked with Customer Support. They said you can't play on PC with Game Pass. Even though a Sea of Thieves ad pops up at my Windows 10 start button for the Microsoft Store, and clearly says "Play Free with Game Pass" with $59.99 crossed
    out. Why would this pop up on my Windows 10 PC when you can't play on PC with Game Pass? It's very misleading. Plus, now that I've activated my two-week trial on Game Pass, it's going to be wasted. They can't pause it ... I asked.

    Can't play Game Pass PC games

    Some games get removed from game pass even if you still have them installed and but you won't be able to play them. It is also possible that your game pass ultimate membership has ended and you need to refund and buy it again in order to continue playing
    the games that you play. Also make sure that if you had the games installed on an external hard drive, you connect it into your pc as that is sometimes also the problem. If all else fails, contact xbox support. Hope you fix it.
