    Can't play Game Pass games.

I upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate and now I can't play any of my game pass games or digital games.

I redownloaded my profile on to the xbox but only my disc games work.

    Any suggestions?

P.S. What happened to the live chat option? I want to speak to someone to get this rectified ASAP but Ill have to wait 90 minutes to get a call back.

    :)

    Hi there

If you follow XboxGame Pass on Twitter you will get an announcement of what is leaving a couple of weeks before it occurs.

Where does it say that? The only information I can find from Microsoft is that, "Games are available to play, in full, for as long as you're a paying subscriber. If you cancel your subscription, you
    lose access to said games."
