Can't play Game Pass Games on my PC even though I pay for Game Pass Ultimate

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services? Check if you an see the active subscription from there and once confirmed, please check your email address on the top right. Once you have it, please sign out on both Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and sign back in using the same Microsoft email address.

I was actually referring to the exclusive friends pass feature of the game 'It takes two'. I also tried to share game pass for the 14 day trial but it says I have to have either game pass for pc or game pass ultimate even though I have game pass ultimate.

Even if the game is only available on game pass for PC, the game is also a play anywhere game, so will still be able to play on the Xbox One for no cost, if you have game pass for pc or game pass ultimate.

I did this too and talked with Customer Support. They said you can't play on PC with Game Pass. Even though a Sea of Thieves ad pops up at my Windows 10 start button for the Microsoft Store, and clearly says "Play Free with Game Pass" with $59.99 crossed
out. Why would this pop up on my Windows 10 PC when you can't play on PC with Game Pass? It's very misleading. Plus, now that I've activated my two-week trial on Game Pass, it's going to be wasted. They can't pause it ... I asked.
