Cant play Forza Horizon 4 on Xbox Series X when upgraded

Forza horizon 4 wont launch for me on series x

1.- Power cycle

2.- Try the game with a different profile

3.- Uninstall and reinstall the Game

With issues like these, I would suggest trying some basic fixes such as clearing the Mac address, saved local games as well as resetting your console. I will list the steps below. Give it a try and let us know the results! Also, please let us know if you are facing this issue only with Forza Horizon 4 or all of your games.

Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.



Clear the local saved games :Settings -> System -> Clear local saved games -> restart

Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Yes, I've tried every possible fix people have posted online, but no luck.

And Forza support just closed my ticket and sent me back to xbox, because they don't see it as an "in-game" issue for some reason.
