Can't play Forza 7 PC multiplayer

Every time I try to connect to a server I get a "failed to connect to server" error. I'm in Canada. Tried using a proxy to pretend I'm from Germany, get the same error.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

FM7 is having some issues on the players to be connected to online services.

Hi Oal,

Thanks for the updates. We know you said they are the same account. We recommend to check the account on the console. If you go to settings>account>you can see the email. Reason for this is that would be the only thing that states to purchase the game even
though you own it. Make sure there isn't a letter that is different. For example may have an L in one email but other is an i.

Hi Oal,

Thanks for the update. Just wanting to make sure, as usually that is the most common reason why someone is unable to access the game with that error. When you are trying to launch the game, are you going through the Xbox companion app? Also log into Xbox.com
on the PC and see if you see the game in your library.
