Can't play forza 7 on play anywhere PC

Thanks for the updates. We know you said they are the same account. We recommend to check the account on the console. If you go to settings>account>you can see the email. Reason for this is that would be the only thing that states to purchase the game even
though you own it. Make sure there isn't a letter that is different. For example may have an L in one email but other is an i.

Thanks for the update. Just wanting to make sure, as usually that is the most common reason why someone is unable to access the game with that error. When you are trying to launch the game, are you going through the Xbox companion app? Also log into Xbox.com
on the PC and see if you see the game in your library.

Yep, thought about that but it's definitely on the same microsoft account, I can even stream my xbox from the pc, download games from outside the xbox in the internet and such, but I can't play Forza Motorsport 7 weirdly.

On trying to download it,

Nothing occurs, it just says I have to buy it, there is no download option.

If thats the only reason that wouldn't work, I'm even more confused, because both emails are right.
