Can't play FH4 Online (PC)

Hi, I've been an avid FH4 player on PC since its launch and never really had any huge issues like this. So every time I open the game it gives me some random seasonal event that is not the one that is currently going on and only can give me CR or wheelspins
on every prize, I also cannot connect to the online servers at all. I am online on Xbox and other games on the Microsoft store work like Sea of Thieves which I've played very recently. It get the error message "There was an error communicating with the server.
Please try again later." Its been like this for 2 weeks now and Its kind of annoying since I'd like to get the new seasonal cars that are coming out now. If I try to join a friend I get the message "Unable to join the Convoy. Your account does not have sufficient
privileges."

I've looked into the two error messages and have: checked for updates (both windows and FH4), checked firewall, checked my NAT, checked my connection (I use Ethernet) and attempted to disable all Microsoft Family limitations that exist for some reason even
if my Xbox accounts are given over 18 permissions.

I'm thinking that this is because of the family thing since I am unable to leave, remove, or disband the family even though there are only two members that I had to put on there to use the second one on my Xbox 360. but I'm lost as to what to do now so if anybody
had any solutions or maybe if I was somehow banned (no I don't cheat or anything, it would obviously be a mistake) because it gives me a vibe of "you're not allowed to play online" even if I haven't touched the game in weeks before the issue and literally
just drive around not even doing events most of the time.

Okay, well sorry for anybody who had the same question, because mine just fixed itself when the new season showed up.

Kind sucky that I was literally blocked from playing in the summer but its whatever, I know I will eventually be able to get those cars again through the shop.

I'm assuming that the game had updated but didn't install the update or something because I remember trying to update the game and it kinda worked and kind of didn't because it appeared, but then said that there was an error connecting to the store, then
there wasn't an update anymore. So that was probably it. again, sorry that there is no real answer to anybody else who needs this other than "just wait".

11 days for me..... better be fixed soon.... it's not as if the have a newer game to play.

Never? Weeks? Months? Who knows. The Toredo issue with PCs last Summer went on for a month or more and some still have issues with it now. Ultimately, it depends how important Microsoft thinks the issue is...given the game is 3 years old and not a big money making game now, I suspect it's low on their priority list...after all we have had problems with connectivity for over a year now (which were never resolved) and which were then which were exacerbated by the Steam release...this is just a continuation of that really.

Couple of people on the Forza forum have had replies to whatever tickets they sent in which state that it is a server issue and is being investigated. Not sure who the ticket was directed to (presumably Microsoft) as PGG just reply with copy/paste answers usually so we shall see
