Can't play Fable 2/3 as my account won't log in the xbox live

Hi everyone

I just bought my xbox one and was extremly happy that i would be able to play my favourite games again, fable. Unfortunately for me, every time i try to play it tells me i am disconnected from xbox live and that i have to re download my xbox live account
again! I don't understand anything, i tried my connection and it works perfrctly..

Can someone help me please ?

Error connecting to XBOX live and updating XBOX 360

I need to update my XBOX 360 but I can't as it won't connect to my WIFI. I downloaded the update to a CD but it won't install and I get error 3F4A-0000-0080-0300-8007-0450 which I can't locate any information about in the forums. The XBOX won't update as
it says I need to log in but it won't let me login as I can't connect to XBOX live as it requires the update. I have purchased an XBOX live card and created an account. Please help as I have new games I can't play as the update is required.

Left for dead sign in

Could somebody help me please, bought left for dead 2 to play on Xbox one. My girlfriends account works but mine won't let me log in!! Would it be because I have had this account on 360 as well? The game disconnects me from Xbox live and won't log me in.
And then it suggests me to install the game again but that didn't work!!

Hey, BlueMay74! Sorry to see any issues. It looks like you are trying to use the back compat feature on your console, so I have moved you over to our Back Compat forum for further assistance.

Have you tried downloading your profile in the Xbox 360 emulator yet? You can do that by hitting the Menu and View buttons on your controller when you launch up one of the games. You will see the Xbox 360 guide appear, and you should get an option to download
your profile there. Let us know if you run into further issues!

having issues activating your Fable 3 DLC:

1. Right-click on the game in your Library list and select "View game CD Key"

2. Copy any additional CD Keys you may have for additional content. If you can't view the entire CD Key, you can move the bar between "ITEM" and "PRODUCT CODE" to reveal the missing information.

3. Launch Fable 3 and log in to your Games for Windows Live account.

4. Press the Home key on your keyboard to activate the Games for Windows Live overlay and click on the button with your profile name and avatar.

5. Click on "Redeem Code" and enter the 25 digit code to redeem your DLC content.

6. Once the installation is complete, the content will be available in-game.

When you start Fable III, please be sure to log in to the Games for Windows Live account which you registered your game and content to.

You can't fable 3 like in xbox live free for gold fable3?

This doesn't really help, following the instructions on that page, I went to my account >Settings>Account>Promote Account.

I'm see this "Promote your account from child to adult, If you're a member of a Gold Family Pack, Your Gold membership will be removed".

Fable 3 is exclusive to Gold members, so if I promoted myself, and were no longer a Gold member, I wouldn't be able to download Fable 3 anyway?

If I promote my account, won't it stop me playing Xbox LIVE games online or recieving other Gold benefits?

edit> I've just tried to download Fable 3, and it's downloaded fine this time, I don't know why it wouldn't let me earlier. Thanks anyway.

When we play together in coop. with 2 gold accounts (2 accounts, 1 xbox), i marry with her normaly, like if we married a NPC.

In fact, because we use 2 xbox live accounts, we don't unlock the achivement in fable 3 like "to marry with an xbox live player"

The xbox consider that , even if we get gold occount, we are in "local network" ?

The book is one of the items in the chest in the Chamber of Fate (Guild Cave).

I did the following to get it:

1. Log on to lionhead.com with the Windows Live ID associated with your xbox live account.

2. Turn on your xbox 360 and log on to xbox live. ( I also started Fable II and went to the Guild Cave but that may not be necessary.)

3. I then went to
lionhead.com/.../experience.aspx. The screen should say the items have been sent to your chest.

4. Logged off lionhead.com and saved the game that I was playing.

5. I did not play the game for 3 days, when I started it the next time I played, my dog barked in the chamber of fate and I was able to open the chest.

If you are not able to open the chest after 3 days, try to contact lionhead studios or xbox.com support. That may have been the difference this time I tried. I had sent an email to lionhead regarding the issue and they said to talk to xbox.com support.
When I contacted xbox.com support, they said that they don't provide support for in-game play.
