Can't Play Dirt 4 when I am logged on to my XBox

I am logged onto my XBox and when I try to play Dirt4, I get a message stating, "for this the owner needs to log on. If this is a trial game or an app that expired, buy it on the app store". I am the owner. I am the only person who uses the console. My account is current. I have been playing the game for a little over a year. The only difference is we got a new TV.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Then, select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

After you will need to perform a quick power cycle on your console, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I first found out about DiRT 3 when I saw an ad on TV. I instantly fell in love with the DiRT series. It has great rally simulation along with the outstanding addition of Gymkhana. This new game looks a bit sketchy though, to say the least. I thought Gym.
was a most fun form of expressing tricks and style while in a drifting super car, but a demolition derby, that seems a weird. I am not sure what the point of the game and of each level/race is, but I shall see soon enough! Anyways, I can't wait for DiRT 4,
I am completely pumped already! I and hoping they put an Austin Mini S from the 60's or 70's in, because that is my absolute favorite car, and I loved the regular Mini from DiRT 3. Well, you have my gamertag. Let's play DiRT 3 sometime!

Why am I unable to play off-line on XBOX One? Since I can't log in to XBOX live I should have the option to play off-line until the service is up and when I log in they can update my profile to the sever.

I am having the same problem. I can't log into the Solitaire Collection game as it tells me that I don't have an internet connection, which I do. It tells me that I'm not not logged in to my XBOX account and I can't log in to it. When I try clicking Solitaire
Collection, it takes me back to my desktop screen. :S I have had this problem since yesterday (November 4) and today it's still the same.

I am also on Windows 8.1.

I am having the same problem, at the time I just got my own Xbox One , and can't even log in.
