can't play digital copy of NFS Most Wanted (2005) offline anymore?

The xbox console used to purchase the game red ringed (still have it), and the account used got hacked and i had to abandon it. I took the hard drive off of the console and put all the data on my new one. But now it wants me to only play the game on one
account, only when signed in. The console's limitations and my ISP prevent me from playing this particular game most of the time now. I checked the downloaded games list (on the console) and it isn't on there anymore, and it has since been removed from the
marketplace. I've tried everything i can find so far, and i'm at my wit's end. Is there a way to get this game back for my little brother or am i gonna have to track down a physical copy? It's the little things like this that make me lose hope in Xbox Live...

NFS: Most Wanted 2005

This is crazy. This is one of the all time greatest arcade style racing RPGs and it is still not supported on backwards compatible. I'm almost thirty years old and I'm seriously considering buying this game on amazon, setting up my 360, buying AA batteries
just so I can play this one game. Get your heads out of your asses, Microsoft. There's a reason no one plays the newer version: it was **** brutal. This launch title for the 360 was incredible. Put it on backwards compatible ASAP.

I loved this need for speed game! Me and my brother's would play for hours on this game try to clear the list. They should make it backwards compatible or at least a remastered of it

 

You would have to sign into the account that purchased the game and do a license transfer.
