Can't Play Developers Playlist - PC - Season Pass Owner

I used to be able to play on Developers Playist for Gears of War 4. The last two maps Diner and Old Town I couldn't play in the developers playlist. I was told to redownload the client after troubleshooting. The issue was still not resolved. The only way
I could play was with someone else who owned the season pass and joining their party. After two weeks of early access was over - it did eventually say I owned one map, and now I own both and can access them in private.

Now, I am having the issue again with the new developers playlist. I cannot play on Hotel or Slab.

When I click to play "Developers Playlist" it says, "In order to access this playlist, you need to purchase the Gears of War 4 season pass. Would you like to open the store now and purchase now?"

Also note, on the windows store app on Windows 10, it says I do own the season pass as well as recent maps. Under the "Included in this bundle..." it says I DO NOT own Hotel or Slab. On the Windows Store using the web, these two maps don't even appear. In-game,
for maps owned, it says I don't own them as well.

I've contacted support twice after being led to these forums and have already re-downloaded the entire game with all dlc which was 100+ gb....

I have also made sure no windows 10 updates are pending.

No puedo jugar nuketown/ I cant play nuketown

I believe nuketown playlist has been removed. It may still be possible to join an mp game on the map in a different playlist but only if every player in the match has it.

As for zombies, that is actually a different download given to season pass holders. You ill need to buy the season pass to play nuketown zombies.

Yeah the season pass owners should get it free.

It was just the first dlc was given away to all owners. Not all of it.

As for zombies, that is actually a different download given to season pass holders. You ill need to buy the season pass to play nuketown zombies.

Gameplay issues such as accessing and syncing in-game contents may occur due to different factors that we have to consider. We need to answer the following questions to properly isolate your concern:

Are you accessing Gears of War 4 on a Windows 10 computer or an Xbox One console?
Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?
Are you getting any error messages?
Are you experiencing issues with accessing and syncing in-game contents on other games as well?

Hi Murphs,

as with all expansions packs you can download the latest additions with season pass through the ingame menu. The only downside, as I see it, is that season pass owners can't pre-download the add ons but have to wait till they are released.
