Can't Play Destiny

    Can't Play Destiny


    I have had this game for nearly two years. As of today, it is saying we don't have the game. This is on my xbox I'm not sure if it's doing the same on other xboxs. I'm game sharing. And the person who bought the game. I logged into his gamertag and it is
    saying the same crap from my xbox. I know regardless the xbox, the gamertag and games bought with it can go anywhere. So I'm not sure why it is doing this. I have restarted, Hard Restarted the console and contacted Bungie. So far nothing has help. At this
    point I'm not sure if it's a Microsoft problem or Bungie. And Both companies know we are loyal customers, so I'm not sure what is going on. Any help is appreciated.

    Can't play Destiny

    Bought Destiny: The Taken King but can only play the trail version. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've already tried reinstalling it but got same problem.

    If you played the trial in the past the trial license could be interfering with the full game purchase. I would recommend that you contact phone support and see if they can remove the trial license from your account. Click this link to get the number for
