Cant play call of duty warone for the past 3 weeks

For the past 3 weeks I have been unable to play call of duty warzone on either my xbox one or my xbox series s. I keep getting these 2 errors: Connection Failed unable to access online services and Error a required network service has failed status: goldflake. After doing a google search, there are many people who have the same problem. I have tried many things but was not able to fix this issue. I have restarted both consoles, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, unplugged the consoles, tried wired and wireless connection, reset my modem and router, I even tried a new modem and router, tried with upnp on and upnp off, I know port forwarding is not necessary beacause it always worked without that, I found a youtube video where a gamer said that there is an issue between call of duty modern warefare and call of duty warzone where xbox thinks you need xbox live gold or game pass and he had the same problem that I have and after he signed up for game pass, he no longer had the issue, but this is a free to play game and does not require live gold or game pass as I have been playing this game since march 2020 without live gold or game pass.
