can't play bully scholarship ed without Internet connection

I've been able to play it with a connection, but I have recently lost internet. A message pops up when I click on it says it can't launch it. This also happens with crash bandicoot wrath of cortex. They both worked with an internet connection why won't
they now without an internet connection?

bully scholarship edition not downloading

just purchased bully: scholarship edition on games on demand, download stops at 0% and says cant download bully scholarship ed. Is there a fix available for this? Tag is Boudrou2031

I bought Bully Scholarship Ed. on the xbox marketplace and when i go to download it, it goes to 0% then says "Can't download Bully Scholarship Ed." Well im obviously not the only one with this problem because of all the other complaints about the same thing...
i tried everything they said to do and no success. delete incomplete file, clear cache, restart and try again still nothing. it has nothing to do with my internet because it is very fast. i have tried the hard drive and a usb so no problem there... plz help

You need to perform a license transfer and re-download the titles to your console. This requires an internet connection to work but it should only take a few minutes to finish everything.
