Cant play borderlands for some reason

My friend is unabke to play borderlands. He created his account on xbox one and he is trying to pay borderlands one on is xbox one, but it tries to get is 360 account info and it wont work, it black screens

Xbox360 free Games with Gold be able to download on the Xbox one WITHOUT the need of downloading them on the xbox360 console first

I downloaded Borderlands for 360 on my X1.... now I cant think of any reason to keep ole faithful (my 360).....

Have you tried pressing the (windows button and menu button) down at the same time followed by going to settings and then profiles delete your gamertag and re-recover it?

LoL speedy I'm in need of reasons to play aggain borderlands and get some achievements, been looking to buy the game of the year edition with all DLC included

Borderlands 3 is my 2nd favorite in the Borderlands franchise behind Borderlands 1 (You gotta always love the classics). I didn't like Borderlands 2 for some reason... I just found the missions a lot more tedious and it felt more like a chore than anything
else.

No. Im pretty sure with the newer games like borderlands 3 and call of duty the xbox x cant handle the game for some reason. Im tired of my xbox shutting off even though i bought the best xbox i could possibly get. Whats the point of having one if you
