    Can't play Blizzard Mountain - Locked in the Menu after installation


    Purchased the Blizzard Mountain Add-On for Forza 3 but Can't play the Add-on, it is locked in the menu, indicates I have to complete more of the game before it is unlocked. That is crazy, I have paid for something I can't play immediately.

    No mention anywhere that you have to complete so much of the main game before you are able to play the add-on.

    I am disgusted with this and won't buy DLC or expansions again.

    Says it's purchased, click on "download", it thinks for a second, then comes back to the download screen

    Hey. I have the same problem. I have pre-ordered the Blizzard mountain expansion pack, but now its trying to download it. And dosent get anywhere! This Sucks!!

    I get this Message when i try to start Blizzard mountain: Xbox store is not working at this time. An error accured. try again later!!!!

    Blizzard Mountain not installed

    Hello @treaty pie

    Please go to commerce.microsoft.com and check if the transaction is there. If it's there then it is already completed and all you will need to do is go to your Xbox One console, go to My Apps & Games > Forza Horizon 3 > Manage Game (from the menu button)
    > Ready to Install > Install all

    Found this on the Forza Website..

    Both expansions unlock at the same time, after you build your second festival on the mainland (either Outback or Surfers).

    If you are able to play Blizzard Mountain, you are also able to play Hot Wheels.

    Are you sure it's installed?
