    I am getting an error "Can't play because we can't check usage rights. Make sure your device's clock and time zone are set correctly, then try again". When trying to play Mile 22 UHD. The movie recently
    moved to the most recent slot in my purchased menu library. I take this to mean the license and or rights were updated. I was able to purchase the movie + bonus UHD version and did so in an attempt to see if that would correct the problem. Often i am unable
    to buy either the "+ bonus" version or, if i already purchased the HD version, i wouldn't be allowed buy the UHD version. However this time there must have been a different sku for the "+ bonus" version. Purchasing the "+ bonus* did work amd i am still getting
    the "Can't play because we can't check usage rights. Make sure your device's clock and time zone are set correctly, then try again" error. I am trying to play on my Xbox One X & TV app and my Xbox One X clock and time zone are correct.

    Hey all - the Movies & TV app are STILL causing errors watching purchased movies. It now says error 0x800c0008 with the message "There is a network problem. Make sure your device's clock and time zone are set correctly, then try again."

    The network is fine, and the clock and time zone are also correct. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Is the time-zone correct on your Windows 10 PC? We normally see this error pop-up when the time settings are incorrect on your PC. Check to make sure your Windows 10 PC's clock is correct and let us know if that helps!

    The Movies & TV app are STILL causing errors watching purchased movies on XBOX One. However, the error used to be 0x800c000b but it now says error 0x800c0008 with the message "There is a network problem. Make sure your device's clock and time zone are set

    The network is fine, and the clock and time zone are also correct. Everything else works (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), I've done the usual hard reboots of devices, adjusted my time zone in the XBOX One settings and adjusted it back, and still nothing. Any ideas
    on how to fix this?

    Hey dMEnCIa! Can you double check your time zone and make sure its correct? If the clock is set manually, try toggling it to automatic and see if that helps as well. Post back and let me know how it goes!

    I would check your time settings on all your devices and routers. make sure they're all set to the same time zone.
