cant play battlefield 4 dlc after license transfer

my brother and i both have xbox 360 console and we are both playing battlefield 4, but with different accounts. yesterday he bought himself the dlc second **** with his account. he transfered his license to my xbox so i could also play the dlc with my account
too, but it doesnt work. but when i am logged in with his account and want to play the dlc it works perfectly fine. what is the problem

Oddly enough i am in the same situation and have the same issue. I can play Second **** and Naval Strike on my account but not Dragon Teeth or China Rising. I re-downloaded them after file transfer but I cannot play 2 maps.

ok what understanding is that if a friend gets in my console with your account and transfer the license and then download a dlc (game map) and then takes his own home and the two played with the same DLC (with different accounts) and if the 4 months after
you switch back to another console licenses and the DLC will not work in my console

and this is totally willing

A license transfer moves the 'console' license. This is the one which lets you play offline, and important to this thread, lets other accounts play the content.

If the person has license transferred to another console and then downloaded the content, anyone on that console is going to be able to use the DLC regardless of if the purchasing account is even on that 360.

You can, if the content was first downloaded on that console after the purchase.

If you switched consoles after the account purchased the DLC, that account has to sign in on the new console, and do a

License Transfer, and then re-download the DLC again.

With the DLC-owning account signed in on that Xbox 360 console, go to the settings hub on the far right of the dashboard, and then to "Account". There under "Your Billing Options" is the option to do the "License Transfer".

After the License Transfer is done, you need to download the updated usage license of the Broken Stell DLC simply by re-downloading the DLC from the marketplace or your download history. If you still have the DLC on that console' storage device, it will
simply download the tiny license file instead of the whole DLC.

After the License Transfer and re-downloading the updated usage license, the DLC can be used offline again by any other account.
