    Can't play backwards compatible games on xbox one


    I have downloaded a few Xbox 360 games from the game pas on my Xbox one, but whenever I try to launch one of these games it fails and I get this message. Please try again. Sorry that didn't work for some reason. (0x80070002)

    I tried a few things that I read online to fix this, like power cycling the Xbox, changing the dns, removing my account and adding it again, deleting the game and then downloading it again.

    What can I do to fix this. I would really appreciate help.

    If it's not backwards compatible (and this game isn't) then no, it won't work. You can view the backwards compatibility list
    here. If a game is not on that list, you can't play it on an Xbox One.

    I'm afraid Pinball FX2 is not backwards compatible. You can't download this game on to your Xbox One.
