Can't play ANYTHING on my Xbox One X

Hey guys,

I have an Xbox One X. My husband and I have owned it since it first came out three years ago, and our two accounts are the only accounts logged in on this system. I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate that doesn't expire until October 2021, and my husband has Xbox
Live Gold that doesn't expire until next spring.

We haven't used the Xbox in a while, and tonight when I turned it on to play a game, it is not letting me launch ANY of the 181 games in my library. It either gives me a "check your network connection" error, or a "check your subscriptions" error. I have
run every single network connection test and they are all fine. I have tried launching games while logged into both of our profiles to no avail. I have done a hard reset. I have updated my firmware and also updated the games in my library, and everything updated
just fine, but still won't launch.

I am beyond annoyed that I not only paid $500 for this console and have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on games, but also pay $100+ a year for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I can't even play any of the games installed on my Xbox. Any help would be
appreciated, since you apparently can't speak to an actual customer service agent for help regarding this.
