Can’t play anything offline

I’m trying to play games offline and Nothing I try is fixing it. All my games are purchased, my Xbox is set to home Xbox and I can’t even play disc games. No matter what I do I always get either 0x80072ee7 or 0x87dd001e. I’ve tried everything I can idk what to do.

Hi,

The error code '0x80072ee7' & '0x87dd001e' appears to be a sign in/connection issue.

Please visit https://account.microsoft.com/devices , under your Xbox listing, you will see a option with related links, Press on 'This is not my home console', then press 'Remove device'.

Once you've done that,

1. Turn off your console, then unplug it for about 10 seconds (this will fully shutdown your xbox)

2. Turn it back on

3. Login with the account you just used to Remove the Xbox

4. Go and add it as 'This is my home xbox'

Ah I understand now, can you please Go to your Xbox settings > Network > Offline Mode?

Hey Thebeanmeister,

Are the games your trying to play digital or physical copies??

If they're physical you may need an internet connection to install them then after that your ok to play them offine.

If they're digital your xbox might not be set up as your 'home' xbox so it won't allow you to play them offline.
