Can't play any online games

So a couple of weeks ago, I've changed my internet plan to get stronger signal. I can't play online games ever singe.

For example, I've been selected to play the Mortal Kombat 11 stress test, and I could join their online servers. Though when trying to play an online match, it would say "Looking for Opponent", then "Joining Match", and after a while it would go back to
"Looking for Opponent". Same thing happens with Mortal Kombat X.

I've tried playing other games as well, such as PUBG. I join a match, but I stay in the loading screen for about a full minute, and then I get a connection timeout error with the code 401.5.1 - . I couldn't find any info about this error on Google.

My NAT type is open. I've done port forwarding. I get NO errors when checking my network in network settings. I've tried resetting my Xbox settings to factory settings. Nothing is working.

How can I check the firewall? Through the router's control panel?

Is UPnP activated?

Also make sure the teredo protokoll is deactivated

Did you do a physical modem swap, or just to the service. When upgrading it can mess with the fire wall settings , showing an open nat type but not letting information pass and actully being able to play online.i would check the fire wall setting on the
modem and any other things that you may be connected to

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.
