Can't play any games with ultimate

Sorry t o hear about that, however, you can try power cycling your console by following these steps:

-Press the Xbox button in front of the console until it shuts down.

-Unplug the power cables from the back of the console and on the wall socket.

-Restart your router/modem

-Wait for 5 minutes

-Plug in again and turn on the console

Then try any game pass games again. If it still won't work, do you own the subscription or it is being shared with you?

Try resetting your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it's completely shut down. Turn it on and try again. I've had to do this two times in a row to get it to work before, but it worked. Let us know if it helps.

Maybe your xbox needs a reballing, that same thing happened to me with a xbox360
