Can't play any games says service issue but I still have internet to console.

As I have checked, the servers aren't down. We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware to refresh the connection between your Xbox console and your router.

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I am having the same issue since weds (10 jun). Console connected to internet but unavle to access any games or apps! Keeps saying cannot connect to service. Check internet. Internet check says its fine and connected

I have the same issue and didn't have any until this recent hack issue. now I have full xbox live service internet is good but I can't play any online multiplayer. I have ran a static ip setup with port forward and I have had no resolve. I've switched to
another internet at my fire station and still the same issue I've checked all peramiters on my routers and gateways. upnp is on and it's all good, the nat says that it's behind a firewall and I go to firewall on my gateway and it's completly open and not on.
when I multipalyer check it says it's behine a firewall for nat and I can't connect to the toredo Ip.

Exactly same problem.can't play any games and can't connect to internet eventhough console saying that I'm connected.sheffiled,UK

He is still having trouble...He can't play his Evolve game which is on a disc and he can download games but he is unable to play them. I saw where they are working on the issue w/Youtube. He can't get on internet explorer either. Any suggestions?
